This book is actually a continuation of the theme of the work of the Ukrainian patriot Bohdan Zaklinsky, published 100 years ago under the title "What should every Ukrainian know?"
In accordance with modern conditions, the authors of the Catechism propose to define concepts, values, and views common to all Ukrainians - regardless of profession, social status, time and place of birth, residence, and even the ethnic origin of a person who, in the words of B. Zaklinsky, "counts himself among Ukrainians."
The book is written in a dialogical form (question - answer), with the help of which the authors want to reach agreement with each reader regarding the basic values of a Ukrainian of the 21st century. The book can be useful both for Ukrainian youth and for those who want to understand why Ukrainians are the way they are.
